>Meat becomes more expensive
>Sóy meat is the cheapest source of protein
>But sóy feminizes you due to isoflavones that activate estrogen receptors
>Destroy your estrogen receptors with Selective Estrogen Recetor Degraders (such as Fulvestrant, or Elacestrant if you want to nuke them in your brain and gain additional test gains due to decreased estrogen signaling in hypothalamus)
>Now you're completely adapted to the modern environment and can pack on 150kg of lean muscle mass with minimal resources

So you just need to add some eggs for methionine. Anyway, onions meat is so cheaper than meat or whey when buying in bulk it makes 100g to 100g comparisons irrelevant.

Almost like that was the plan all along

Btw you should do it even if you don't consume sóy due to effect of microplastics. If you don't do it you're not adjusted.

Wow onions is so cheap. Is it really that bad? Why can't we just eat it along side eggs and other meats to make up the protein

You can, I mix vanilla whey protein with vanilla onions milk if I'm not feeling water. I make soup with tofu and pork sometimes.

Unless you block or destroy your estrogen receptors you will get symptoms of high estrogen from it.

it doesn't

no, thanks. the debate was settled long before the söyboy meme even started. i'll stick with the scientific consensus. or (((science))), as you would call it.

Do you consume onions regularly? Post body.

I was looking at the soi fake meat at the grocery store out of curiosity because I saw the price in passing and I’m actually surprised. Most of this shit is like $6 for multiple servings one serving having 20g of protein. There’s still no clear answer on whether it’s feminizing or not.

There’s plenty of evidence saying it’s fine, but biased studies done with an incentive are a thing. I mean the pharmaceutical industry does this all the time.
And then there’s the fact I’ve never seen a soi consumer not clearly on steroids who looks like a man

There are sort in Brazil called Embrapa 48 that is very low in isoflavones. Other sorts are also being developed. But until you have cheap access to them it's a bad idea to make it part of your diet.

The youtube thumbnail meta of pointing an arrow at something and making an absurd claim as fact fucking pisses me off. I miss onions boy faces
