lifting weights is unnecessary. your arms do the same movements when you are doing pull ups and push upsdumbbell curl = a one arm pull up the only difference is that you are lifting more weight with a one arm pull up(your body weight)a bench press = a push updumbbell curls are for weaklings who can't do a one arm pull up. lat pull down machines are for people who can't do pull ups <this is all you really need
