did this exercise and popped my elbow, wasn't painful but ever since that day it started clicking every single time I moved it. A dozen years later it's still like this. made exactly that mistake. im an extreme failurebrain and i intuitively go to failure on anything i do but you really CAN NOT go to failure on this shit cause for many people theres a high risk of fucking your shoulder which happened to me, and the worst part is that it's a mediocre exercise.

>>77005479Mostly got elbow tendonitis (it goes away pretty fast). I use an ezbar and start from the floor, pull it over, press it out. Right around 205 or so. Trying to hit 3-plates eventually when I get the time to train it. Great exercise. I like it more than benching.
