Never seen one of these mouthbreathers in old age. I mean with the mouthbreather facial profile. Obviously some oldies breathe through their mouth because of respiratory problems.

Do they just die off before 65 or something?

They usually get fat and/or saggy skin to where it's mostly unnoticeable, many learn to hide it.

t. was a cashier for 6 years, saw plenty of seniors with it.
