I'm practically middle-aged (21 years old) and I've always done calisthenics since I was 15, using some dumbbells at home, and I started using gym equipment 6 days a week, but I weigh 50 kilos. For my height (1.78m) and age, they say that's below normal weight. Could this be dangerous in the long term? Will it hinder my future gains? I really can't eat much. I feel sick.

Absolutely not. A healthy male weight is 20-30 kilos, for us women it would be between 50-70. You need to lose more weight.

? If this isn't a joke, you really do have serious mental problems. My cousin didn't even reach 20 k when he had anemia.

How many sets do you do? With that weight you'll only lose more weight. Gain more weight first.

It depends on the exercise. But I vary from 5 to 10 sets with 10 to 20 repetitions. Honestly.

That's nonsense. The OP can actually lose weight by doing cardio, but if he eats well he can gain muscle mass. The problem with that weight is that it will take longer and he will have more difficulty. If he gains more weight, it will be beneficial.

just eat slightly more than usual, you don't need to stuff yourself with extra 2k calories when 250-500 is enough, gaining weight is a much longer process than losing weight
>I really can't eat much. I feel sick.
then eat highly nutritious food, it will satiate you faster while providing you with all the calories you need

anyway while you might be slightly underweight it doesn't really matter if you feel ok, it's only a reference table that doesn't take into account many aspects
your body tries to maintain your ideal weight so if you drop below it your body will work against you to take you back (slower metabolism, feeling like shit and tired, being lethargic, low energy, bad mood and so on)
just keep lifting or doing calisthenics and ensure that muscle growth is happening, at the end is as simple as
>less space for fat
>more space for muscle
because when the fat is gone you have to replace it with something
