I just trained neck for the first time after watching Nippard's video. Just use your hands to resist the movement of your head, front, back, left, and right. My neck was tired in less than 15 reps.

Absolutely, I train it every week with neck curls and reverse neck curls, by holding a pl8 on my head. Got some good neck gainz so far after bulking up

traps and neck - sit, grab power-band threaded below chair with both hands, lift shoulders up as spine is straight - u don't feel psoas in the leg cause u're balanced, lordosis is diminished with abs fex, thoracic extended and chin is tucked

u see bot spine is like an age of sail mast, did u know they were built up made of pieces? not always, but quite often, it was, like spine made to carry VERTICAL load, from the side like your picture idiocy bot spine has rigidity of a whip, u're bound to fuck it like that, it's very unhealthy, it will injure you

my picture is dumbbels but i find rubber load for some reason way comfier on shoulders, dunno, rubber follows you around and allows some variation of angle, whereas dumbbell will pull straight down which isn't necessarily correct, in fat i am certain it isn't cause rubber grew traps IMEDIATELY in my case, next day there was news muscle when i lifted arm to brush teeth
