Today is my first of two leg days this week. Normally, I just hit machines but I want to optimize. Idrc about having big legs, I just want to get as many of the hormonal benefits of hitting legs as possible. How should I do this?

>5 x 3 atg goblet squats
Superset the above like a circuit then do 3-5 x 10 barbell hip thrusts.

I'm training for HGH gains and this is my current favourite routine, pic related is my current lower body @ 250 lbs.

Apparently hill sprints cause a massive hormonal spike but only if you take a big rest in between. 3-6 sprints with 3-5 minutes rest in between each one.

Technically I am but have more or less escaped skinnyfat mode and my 1 mile run time is 7 minutes which isn't bad at 250 lbs.

On a BMI scale at 6'1 I am technically obese but who gives a fuck about BMI anyway? Especially if you're chasing HGH gains.

Cholesterol is the precursor of steroid hormones so eat saturated fat wherever possible and obviously avoid sneed oils.

Scale to preference but for reference this is the lowest you should go.
2 set deepest leg press you can 10-12 rep weight
1 squat variation to parallel 6-8
2 set deepest rdl you can keep a straight
back with
1 sumo, normal or hexbar deadlift x3-5
2 ab machine 6-8, 10-12
2 back extension 6-8, 10-12
2 hip thrust or glute machine 8-10
1 calf raise 12-15
1 leg curl 10-12
1 leg extension 8-10
1 adductor machine 10-12
1 abductor machine 10-12

I don't have access to a squat rack so have had to improvise. I love goblet squats, going atg I find easy holding the weight in front of me to balance.

6 20 yard sprints balls out with 3-5 minutes rest
5-8 box jumps
4-6 sets of power cleans
4-5 sets of back squats and front squats
2 sets of Jefferson deadlifts
