Kill yourselves. But to answer the prompt - Been doing 3 weeks of PPL, with really good results. Finally got my deadlift to 300lbs for reps, my bench to 225 for reps (hit a triple a week ago), and fucking got over my fear of squatting heavy and hit a PR at 315 for a double. Life's going pretty good right now, and I think the next phase of training is going to involve some bulking. Any tips bros?
