Been debating making some changes to my cut strategy. My current strat is:>1672kcal, Protein: 30% Fat: 35% Carbs: 35% for as long as I can take it (usually ~2 weeks)>2103kcal, P: 30% F: 35% C: 35% once I cave for a week or two before going backI'm wondering if I shouldn't lower the percentage on either my fat or carbs and increase my protein percentage during the super heavy cut phases. I'm at about 245, 25% bf, down from 260 around this time last year.
You should ask one of your personal trainers, Jason.By the way, I am looking forward to watching The Beekeeper 2. I hope you at least had fun making that dogshit.
jesus christ if i knew nobody was going to answer my question i wouldn't have posted fucking Statham, i swear coomposters get more sincere responses but yeah The Beekeeper was a fun time, i actually didn't know they were making a second one. Probably good Statham's getting away from the Meg movies
Wow he has so much hair.
>>77007694On a cut protein should be at least 50%. I would go 1gram per body weight lb, 60-70g fat ( a safe minimum you need) and rest carbs. If choosing between carbs or fats, I would say minimize fats (yes I know in the end CICO is what matters). Carb loading and refeeds day are important.
your protein intake should be a fixed number based on your height and weight. it will therefore automatically be a higher percentage of your calorie intake when cutting and lower when not cutting
