Is it possible to train to actual muscular failure without a training partner ?
Nigga unless you tear something you didn't go to muscular failure even the strongest lifters in the world at their peak will miss a lift come back after a few minutes and finish it sometimes with extra weight, that means they had it in them they just didn't push hard enough. If you had Tom Platz or Dorian Yates blood and guts bro screaming in your ear you could always do five more.
