This is my current routine, I have been off the gym for 2 years and after 3 months of slowly bringing my body back together I have set picrel as my routine until cutting time.>No legsYeah I have this curse that even if I walk up the stairs I immediately build huge legs, I avoid training them for sense of proportion but I do run, bike and hike in my free time.>No machines I workout at home and the only thing resembling a machine is a pulley I have made myself, can use it only for triceps don't trust it for lat pulldowns I don't have fixed days to train, I just make sure to have 4 workouts a week and move them accordingly to my calendar.What do you think? What would you change? What is missing and what is too much?Also routine rating thread I guess
