Why do people still give a shit about Flat Bench Press when Incline is the one that actually matters?

Your chest will look like bitchtits, if you don't focus on Incline. Upper Chest is what gives you that nice meaty look in tanktops. All you get from flat is bitchtits.

Just think of it like this. Someone who lifts like a bodybuilder can bias the barbell bench press in such a way that his pecs get 55-60% of the load whereas the typical powershitter is going to have a relatively balanced 33:33:33 ratio for his pecs, triceps, and delts when benching. This means a bodybuilder benching 225lbs would get a decent 125-135lbs of resistance directly on his pecs, but a powershitter would only be getting a measly 75lbs. The powershitter would need to be benching somewhere between 375lbs and 410lbs if he wanted to match the bodybuilder's 125-135lbs of resistance on his pecs. Both sides of the shit flinging are usually ignorant of this sort of thing, but only one side is focused on the amount of weight being lifted.
