Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 0.72g per pound of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

the step where 99% people fuck up is they cook them whole
slice them thin for better seasoning penetration and infinitely better texture(if you have a particularly shit chicken tenderize it with a meat mallet or something instead)
season or marinade few hours before cooking for best flavor
then, in order of deliciousness

Yes keep going until it interferes with your ability to function chances are you can go much longer than you realize. Recommend supplementing electrolytes, or at least salt, and lots of water. This will assist a lot. Also importantly, prayer.

Fasting is an incredibly healthy and healing modality. Combine with calling on the name of the Lord. Have a plan for good habits when breaking your fast and eat healthily to keep the weight off.

the general advice is to keep failure at the 6-10 rep range by increasing or decreasing the weight for the best hypertrophy results.
if you insist on comparing very high vs very low reps, for hypertrophy, the former, for strength, the latter.
high intensity also means lower rest time between sets.
imo, drop sets are the best at making one feel the DOMS.
you should do full body since you're going to the gym 2-3 times a week.

I don’t think you have to autistically min max these things too much. Some people spend more time trying to plan the perfect workout rather than just doing it.

I program a bit based on what gives me a good pump, how much more I lifted than before, and how much effort is exerted. But I do know that higher intensity / higher weight is definitely where improvement happens! These dudes curling tiny dumbbells for 30 reps are a complete joke if you’re doing that as a beginner.

will depend on your air fryer and how thin you cut them, usually I just throw them with the air fry setting for 18 minutes, a little more or less depending on how I cut them. I don't flip them halfway through. I have a small air fryer so I crowd it a little, it might be too long if you have a larger one.
Make sure you season them(with salt or whatever marinate you use) at least several hours before cooking so any moisture that is drawn out by the salt gets reabsorbed in. I also use liquid seasoning(similar to maggi or onions sauce just with different flavor profile) so that also gives them a little extra moisture but even when I don't they turn out alright. Right before cooking I sprinkle a bunch of ground black pepper over them and that's it. Take it out immediately once they stop cooking because otherwise they steam in there and get less crispy and more overcooked.
