How much can you lift in the big 4(OHP/Squat/Bench/Deadlift) and how long have you been training each of those lifts?
>>
2/3/4/5
Took me around 4 years
>>
195/335/305/455

1.5 yrs of actual programmed SBDO training on 531 SSL, but I bullshitted with high volume whatever I wanted x6/wk for a year before that.
>>
>>77043399
I'll go first I can do 205lb OHP, 325lb paused bench, 590lb beltless deadlift and 395lb beltless squat, it took about 1.5 years for the OHP, bench and deadlift but about a year for the squat
>>
>>77043425
I'm 180lb @ 5'8.5 BTW. Also the OP

Lately saw retard dyels praising 1pl ohp and 2pl bench here kej

the only one of these i do is bench because i am not obese

it does not count if you are not natty btw

No shit, 2/3/4/4 or close to it is as natty as it gets

145kg bench, 180kg squat and 220kg deadlift for 1 rep after around 4 years of active lifting. I did lift when I was younger but didn't do anything for years before starting again. Currently 33 years old

I don't understand how people claim OHP is the easiest one. I can do only 5x70kg strict. Don't know about 1 rep max but 2 plate does not seem possible without roiding

Framelet
>>
>>77043399
Does military press count? All my other lifts suck but I can 100% get 2pl8s for more than one rep. Been doing shoulders 3-4 days a week it's kinda hard to work on bench. Which was 275x1 about 1yr ago and put it on the backburner.
>>
>>77043399
165x1 ohp, 2 years separated by many years off. worst most unbudging lift.
375x7 squat, 2 yrs total
Don't bench
375x4 deadlift, just started doing them again for first time since pre-coof. 1.5 years ever. Old max was 445

I fucked around like everyone on this site for a long time
Once I realized size and strength come together when eating properly, it took about 5 years to hit those numbers

80lb/135lb/190lb/180lb for reps (3x5). don't know my 1rm on anything

4 and a half months, except for deadlifts which i only started two weeks ago.

>inb4 "this is who posts advice"
i know my lifts are bad and my time lifting is short, so i don't post advice here.

>>77043399
250 OHP
390 bench
570ish squat, haven't done 1 rm in a long time
630 dead, only do RDL now. estimate

Lifting 13 years
>>
>>77043399
1.9/2.75/4/5
Took about a year to get to 1/2/3/4. Another 2-3 years to get to my OHP/bench stats before I did a rotator cuff and have been hard stuck ever since (almost 2pl8 ohp/3 pl8 bench). Last year my squat/dl blew up to 4/5, squat is my absolute max but deadlift might be higher I just haven't limit tested it yet. I've been cutting last year or so and I'm 23kg down so strength has decreased a bit otherwise (esp upper body) I could have reached those numbers sooner.

>>77043609
Genetics and how people use their muscles, generally some people end up shoulder dominant or chest dominant depending on how they lift. OHP is my strongest lift and it took only 4-5 months for me to get to 1pl8 before everything else got to 2/3/4. I was on track for 2pl8 natty recently (95kg max) before I did my rotator cuff. Now I do dumb bell Arnold presses which are much easier on the rotator cuff and still allow you to go pretty hard. I don't chase heavy sets as much anymore, currently doing 60-70kg for about 10-12 reps instead of doing 1-5 reps of 85-95kg OHP.

Oddly enough the way I did my rotator cuff was actually incline bench. I introduced it into my routine so it was a new exercise and I didn't warm up, threw on 100kg straight away and went for it so beware of this if you don't currently do incline. Work your way from the beginning because the rotator cuff muscles are very small so when that load transitions from the deltoid to the rotator cuff without a proper foundation is when you get to take a trip to snap city.

>>77043629
No. Momentum is doing all the work with military press. OHP is strict ie: you pause at the bottom, not using lower body and making sure you're not leaning back and benching it.
>>
>>77044717
I think you have that last bit backwards, military meaning upright and strict. They used to even have to lift in time to a judge on them.
That pause at the bottom knocked 10-15 lbs off of my press but without it there is just a continuum into push presses I think.

Never max OHP but sets of 10 @ 115
365 ass to grass Backsquat is my all time max but rarely max that either - working sets 315x5
Just hit a 295 bench max (not a strong chest)
500 lb deadlift max a few years back, haven’t gone for a new one since.

I train PPL relatively consistently since 2020, with multiple breaks where I didn’t lift for months for various reasons (depression/weed use being the primary)
All natty. 6’4 250 currently, pic rel.

shoulder press 55 lb dumbbells for 6 reps standing or 65 lbs sitting
incline press 80 lb dumbbells for 6 reps
don't deadlift
don't squat, can leg press 5 plates for 6 reps
cable row around 230 for 6 reps
hammer curl 55 lb dumbbells for 6 reps
1 plate weighted dips for 6 reps
6 pull-ups (just bw)

I'm 210, been lifting about 3-4 months

nSuns is for late beginners/early intermediate lifters so you will need to switch. If you want to reach 315 you will likely have to use some periodization. Bald Omniman's program skull king is what I used to get to 315. How long have you also been plateaued

225 OHP, 335 Bench, 575 Squat and 650 Deadlift. Been lifting for about 10 years but only 4 or 5 has been dedicated strength training on an actual program.

531, I bounce between a couple different variations. People meme on it but it's been very steady (albeit slow) progress for me.

It being the most impressive ties into it being so easy to cheat.
>>
>>77048257
I don't even call it cheating. Different morphologies produce radically different techniques, all irrelevant, the end result is what is good. It's just impossible to have a strict rule set for it and the rules get loki's wagered (well some lean back is o.k. how much? Should we have degrees to measure? No lean back? How far forward is no lean back? How much knee bend? What if it is really slow small 1" of bend instead of snappy 1" bend? O.k. how fast is snappy? Etc.)
>>
>>77043469
That's a perfectly normal benchmark to praise, especially since most people are framelets and need to work up to that. I know this is 4chan and anything but cynicism is frowned upon but a 1plate OHP and 2 plate bench is a decent first milestone for any consistent lifter to hit
>>
>>77048242
OHP is easier for me because I injured my chest muscles as a kid. I think people will do a standing bench press or push press and call it ohp, either unknowingly or on purpose

Lifted to 1/2/3/4 in my 20's then came back to lifting at 30 and go to that over the past five years while training WL
120 snatch 155 c&j 180 front squat for WL lifts
>>
>>77043399
3 weeks (after not seriously training for about ~2 years, used to be near 1/2/3/4):
>OHP: 95
>Squat: 185
>Bench: 145
>DL [hex bar]: 245
Protip, don't stop lifting. You have to earn it all back. That said, I do think these lifts (with the exception of bench) are all a touch lower than what my actual current max is. OHP has gone up 20lbs in two weeks, my squat went up 45, DL went up 75, etc. Unsure where my actual maxes are but I'm definitely approaching them.
>>
>>77048257
I don't know why but there's something about seeing this guy lift that makes me want to try whatever he's doing. BTN press? barbell one hand snatch? anything
>>
85/135/185/315
3 sets of 5 for all but DL, 1x5 on that. I used to be near 2pl8 on squat but I cannot for the life of me get squat form down, always feel terrible doing them. Went down on weight to work on form.

Switched to a different routine recently so I'll be doing different sets and no DLs for a while.

>framelet

Work schedule has me struggling to keep to a good sleep pattern, so-so on maintaining a diet to sustain progress.
>>
>>77043399
Heaviest sets so far have been (lbs) 85x6 OHP / 135x4 bench / 165x2 squat / 255x5 deadlift. I have also done +45x6 pullups and +45x7 dips on gymnastics rings.
I started lifting 3 years ago (but infrequently for the last 14 months), was doing calisthenics (but mostly skipping leg day) for a couple years before that. In 2020 I was a 50 kg 182 cm skeletor. The situation has been improving.

10 years for bench, i didn't do ohp at all for a very long time but working weight is 75kg which is done after doing weighted dips with +70kg.
Squat same as bench since for during my first years i was only doing legpress/leg extension with barely any effort and after i started squatting and training legs properly i got injured at some point but it's going up nicely now.
Deadlifted 235kg like 7 years ago and haven't trained it since then but i do rdl with 180kg for reps
>>
>>77047056
Just came back to this thread. The answer is I'm a manlet with legs that make up more than half my body
