Is there a routine for total body flexibility? How do I become more mobile and less tight and stiff? The sticky only has some basic stretches.

There's not so much one route for flexibility as there are many techniques and routes. Look up nerve flossing, or weighted stretching. If you're cool with fitness influencer types, @rangeofstrength on IG probably has the best knowledge base for improving flexibility for lifters of anyone out there.

stay flexy

Stretches are dumb. Passively yanking your limbs into an extreme range of motion is not nearly as useful as actively recruiting muscles to move through that range of motion with control.

Fuck flexibility. Do mobility.
Crossover rows, cossack squats, dynamic accessories of all kinds.

>Stretches are dumb. Passively yanking your limbs into an extreme range of motion
truth bot and then u go:
> is not nearly as useful as actively recruiting muscles to move through that range of motion with control.
> cossack squats
i.e. ballistic stretching
stretching is fucking dumb cause u're tugging on injured malformed muscle
the reason muscle is stiff is because u injured it - it's a built in defensive mechanism so that u don't injure yourself deeper

>so how into healthy physiological mobility
unironically it's hypertrophy, when u build big beautiful plates for pecs pulling rubber with protracted shoulder facing anchor point - picture - then it's not stiff at all and INCREASES shoulder mobility

bench pecs on the other hand injured in the sternal area cause pecs can't work with retracted shoulders necessary for bench will be stiff pulling thoracic spine into permanent flexion and rounding shoulders effectively making u look like you're pec-less apart from being very unhealthy and useless functionally

>stay flexy
he did it to himself with retard stretches chasing clout
>no, it's cursed ***ish genetics
yes it is bot, yearn for fame is genetic, they love to be admired, the most potent drug - to see yourself in other people's widened eyes, it's the "mire" drug u shill here so much
