My point is that taller and bigger people have more problems cooling down their body.
Its easier to to run in colder weather for those. no matter how much they grit their teeth, hotter air will be harder on them.
Genetics and evolution made them literally function better in the cold.

I myself like cold weather more. my preferred temperature for doing sports is around 13c. cold enough to not sweat like a motherfucker but still warm enough to not deep freeze your lungs when going hard.
