I know that they are essentially a meme and don't do anything, but what pre-workout do you guys like? It's a fun part of the ritual and I like my sippy cup of juice.

jack3d was massively overrated just because people were new to dmaa. pres that came out later were much better.

there are still exotic pres available if you want to feel euphoric, but tolerance can build up and really fuck you up in the long run unless you manage the dose and freq.

i personally like stacked pres these days. something like the picrel (a whooping 42g per scoop) that can give you both stim and good pump. because a good workout, after all, ain't complete without filthy ass vascular exploding pump

My only problem with the exotic pre-workouts is the price. Some of them are insanely expensive and they'll only have 1 or 2 interesting ingredients.

I smoke weed before I workout. when im stoned I enjoy the workout more and can better feel my muscles and their contractions. when im on stims, the mind body connection is reduced and my form turns to shit where im using leverage and momentum to get the last rep. on weed I can focus on the individual muscles and contract them better

Being super high at the gym is fun, I wonder if it's why some of the people there stare at me or if it's because I look at people too much

how expensive r they? usually about $40-60 tops (usually ~20% off coupons are always avilable) for 25 servings, but can easily be 50 servings, and most well known ones contain 2 or more, if not all 3 of dmha, pea, and n,n-dmpea (eria). what ingredients are you after? dmha is probably the main and the other 2 just boost the effect of dmha. if you like ur heart pumping, you can add things like yohimbine and halostachine.

>Le ebin exotic preworkout
>You have to be super careful though, because the stims in it a crazy
>It's got stuff that's even stronger than DMAA
>...
>It's literally just caffeine, dynamine (basically fast-acting caffeine), and generic preworkout compounds

>you can't read nor able to comprehend what u read but i will explain since i'm an angel
>yes jack3d was overrated and the pres that came out after were better = craze, crack, excelsior

the picrel i showed is a daily stacked pre, not an exotic one, that combines both stim and pump. it was the direct reply to the OP as to what i use daily.

you must be having hard time living ur life with this kind of comprehension, but i won't tell you to kys.

Yeah sure bro, keep telling yourself that spending $80 for 20 servings of caffeine along with some random witch-doctor root extracts is worth it.

for daily, it is good enough. money does not concern me. what is your recommendation for daily pre? i think i've tried almost every existing major brand preworkout. i'm all eyes n ears
