how the hell do you work out on a busy schedule
>>
>>77051278
does said 'busy' schedule include?
a) hour or two of vidya per day
b) hour or two of televised slop per day
c) combination of a) and b)

knew a cunt who was always complaining about never having any time in his day. his day included compulsory minimum of 2-hours watching slop of TV.

I basically consume visual media only while working out (save for the rare movie I decide to watch in my living room). I quit videogames last year and only passively consume it watching VODs of tournaments while lifting.
It helps that I have a home gym. I also go to a public gym once a week before heading home so I could dodge traffic, and there I listen to audiobooks.
TLDR: you waste a decent part of your life staring at a screen - use that time to lift.

Commuter here, I work 40 hours a week and even then, there's plenty of time to go to the gym. I go 5 times a week.

A co-worker of mine does this too. He's in his 50s and is in and out of the hospital.

Going early in the morning before work is the cheatcode

This tbqh. 1 hour gym session before work. Sucks getting up early sometimes but you get used to it and start preferring it to waking up later.

I get a mandatory one hour break at work, which allows me to do 4 sets of 50 push-ups. This year they added two additional 15 minutes break in the morning and afternoon, which is enough for 1 or 2 sets of 50 push-ups for me. I work an office job and I am a 66 kg skinny fat. On weekends and holidays I have a different schedule of course.

How do I cultivate obsession though? That is the real question
