For people are eat sardines a lot, what do you think about mackerels? Apparently macks have more DHA/EPA so it's just better than deens.
Sardines have lower mercury levels
>>77051644ok i checked it seems to be a factor of 4 so this makes deens way better
>>77051636mackerel and deenz are both based. i slightly prefer mackerel, but deenz are more ubiquitous. the king oscar mediterranean mackerel is a good tin
>>77051644Name one instance of mercury poisoning from eating seafood go
>>77051636I like both. I think the taste of smoked mackerel is far superior but I don't want to eat it too frequently.
>>77051636Mackerel is good I just like the taste of sardines better. Mackerel is usually thicker pieces from larger fish that are a bit drier, versus (ideally( the little tiny sardines that have a much higher ratio of skin and fat to meat, so they're much more flavorful. But both are good anyway.

>>77056055>marlinwhat the fuck is his problem
>>77056055Oh man this really made me want some fucking clams and haddock
>>77051644You would have to eat multiple pounds of fish per day over a period of months to actually get mercury poisoning.
>>77054012>is a good tinyou can trust this guy because he speaks in the proper small fish enthusiast vernacular
>>77051636I like them. I eat both for variety's sake.>>77051648Mercury is really not that big a deal unless you're eating them like every single meal.
I haven't had deenz in a long ass time I need to buy a bunch
>>77051636Anchovies are king
>>77056055I need to scallop max pronto
Seafood maxing is the way to go, more nutrient dense than poultry and red meat. Not even vegan and vegetarian fags shit talk seafood.
