r8 my pre-workout mix.
you don't need salt, you need sugar and b complex, so an energy drink
>>77052646>10g L-CitrullineI've only been doing 2g all this timeWhat's your thoughts on 10g? I might try going up there
>>77053501100g or bust
>>77053381Salt is good for sustained performance and avoiding dizziness, but I guess you could drop it if you eat something salty beforehand. It sure would help with the taste.>>770535012g won't raise your plasma arginine enough to noticeably increase nitric oxide, meaning there won't be any noticeable vasodilation. You could likely go up to 15g but most clinical tests are around 10. The reason why pre-workouts usually have less is because it's rather expensive, comparatively. Some even fuck you further by using citrulline malate, which is basically a 50:50 dilution. You can easily find out if the dose is enough for you if the beta-alanine itch is far greater.
>>77053539nice, just tried 4g. will try 6g tomorrow. thanks
>>77053381>energy drink>pyridoxine hcl for the b6ngmiuse p5p instead for the b6
Ive been avoiding any sort of preworkouts or energy drinks, i just take a cup of coffee, ever since i learned about people getting aortic dissection when lifting heavy
>>77053612I know 0 cases of non-roiders getting this
>>77052646Rate mine.
>>77053667>dying early, bald with smol ppa winning combination
>>77053709>smoll ppYou likem big, do ya'?
>>77053624Why do they only ever mention "avid gym goer" or "lifting enthusiast" for cases like this? its like they want to scare people from lifting heavy by not mentioning the victim was gigablasting roids
>>77054150Media doesn't really talk about roiders because every actor roids
>>77053549update6g works nice
>>77055955I tried lowering to 8 and got tingles only in the ears (wtf) but that seems to vary anyway.. also dropped the salt from the mix and added some flavoring. Much less gag-inducing. Maybe I should add betaine nitrate as well.
>>77052646No lsd, 0/10
