NEVER perform exercises where your head is lower than your dick. It's been scientifically proved, there's no particular pros doing that and the risk of passing out mid reps because suddenly your brain isn't getting enough oxygen and the arms that are holding a barbell or dumbells turns into spaghetti is very real.
