is this worth drinking on a semi regular basis? i had bad bloating (probably from some kind of stomach bug from some shit tier restaurant) and it seems to have cleared 80 % of it up within a week???????????? picture unrelated.

i have a somewhat athletic build with low bodyfat and some muscle definition and so i shouldnt look "fat" and this stuff brought back some ab definition in a week vs looking slightly pregnant. I have no clue if i caught fucking c diff or something else from some shitty place i ate out at but im amazed it seems to have helped. maybe it has something to do with my gut biome????

>Captain Titus, come in. The second company is asking about Kombucha and I believe it relates to HERESY. Fierce was my rage when I tried this shit and it messed up my gut biome. Holy Terra, my excrement was the size of a battle barge. Captain Acheran died and that's why you're the Captain of the Second Company again. Master of the Shit Watch, and WARDEN of ULTRAMAR. I had the Primarch try some and we had to kick his dad off the Golden Throne so we could put him on life supports. Now the dreaded Inquisition accuses all of Ultramar of heresy and Terra exploded.

For real I tried it and it just makes running impossible because I'm burping up dirty sock gas it's terrible.

good question. I drank some weight loss tea at my dad's gf's house and I felt weird. ended up shitting a lot and getting more of my abs to show. can't say I liked it but it worked. kombucha probably got some bad bacteria out of your guts.

what i did was start with one quarter of a bottle vs the entire thing, and i drank that for a few day, then moved to half a bottle, and now im doing an entire bottle, but may downcycle to half a bottle because an entire bottle seems excessive an expensive for maintenence. because it has femented carbonation you probably would want to drink it a long time before you work out is my guess especially before cardio..

>>77053958
what ive read is that it temporarilly introduces new bacteria into your stomach which compete with other bad bacteria for resources and can help starve those bad bacteria out which are causing you symptoms. it seems like the research is sketchy if this permanently changes yout gutbiome makeup or not, but at the bare minimum it seems like people agree that by starving out some of the bad bacteria it can give your body and gut a chance to regain a foothold and not have the bad bacteria taking up so much of your gutbiome percentage. im drinking synergy right now. i felt weird the first few days i drank it and i imagine if i drank the entire bottle the first time i took it i would have felt really bad based on my initial reaction to the quarter of a bottle i had. but i can drink an entire one now and feel normal and fine.

its okay. you are better off making homemade kefir or homemade sauerkraut. if you get a bug in the future you should eat garlic.

This. Kefir is the real ultimate drink. Just get some store bought at first, all of it is different though so try a few brands. Remember to start slow too, I drank a full cup my first time and felt like I had a flu shot

ive got 3 whole garlics not sure if theyre called cloves or bulbs but maybe i should use them forgot i got them the other day i have some ginger also. what are the benefits of kefir and sauerkraut over something like kombucha???

i had kimchi the other week and felt like it helped me but had a whole learning experience from that. the first one was vegan supposedly so no fish sauce or fish ingredients by lucky brand. really good. supposedly fermented. ran out and grabed one by bibigo or some other company and had what seemed to be a histamine attack from the fish ingredients. threw it out and bought one more and may try a smaller helping to see if it was that one bottle or if i have a sensitivity to the fish histamines which supposedly is a thing even in korea with some people. but interestingly the histamine intolerance (massive headache and flushing) could have been caused downstream by the fucked up gut biome i read which disrupts your bodies abilities to process histamines in food.

yeah i only like the old ones personally i am nostalgic to the beakies as well;.

any stores i can find that out? i usually just go to walmart but im thinking about maybe going to some other more upscale places to find shit. i cant find real saurkraut at walmart despite it saying online they have it. cleveland brand?

>>77055822
well it helped me to some degree so thats good isnt it? avacado is also really good for you, idk why its a meme with people but i try to eat a few a weak, good source of healthy fat and nutrients. i just have it as a staple like bannanas.

Miss these lil fellas, I hate Primaris so much it's unreal.
>>
>>77053943
I drink it all the time, but I make my own. Kombucha is too fucking expensive to buy at the store. This is because it must be refrigerated at all times, or the fermenting process will start up again.

I make my batches 5 gallons at a time. Depending on how I flavor it, it costs anywhere between $3 and 20$ to make 5 gallons.

>any stores i can find that out?
Walmart carries kefir, lifeway brand usually but they tend to only have the flavored kinds and the low fat plain one which sucks dick. Somewhere nicer may have the whole fat plain kefir, it's much better, or try other brands... Bulgarian yogurt is also good, if it's live. Best is to obtain kefir grains and make your own though, it'll have a much better diversity of bacteria and yeast and shit and you can get it downright ~* t a n g y *~ only downside is that shit'll strip the enamel right off your teeth. But damn when it's good it's good. Made a batch one time that turned out absolutely perfect, the goat trifecta of tart and acidic as all fuck, carbonated, and still thicc and gel like somehow.

I've been brewing my own at home for around 12 years now and I love it. I don't know how good it is for dieting per se, but it does wonders for your gut biome if you don't regularly consume other fermented food/drink.

On top of being healthy, it also tastes good as hell. It helped me quit alcohol by being my after-work relaxation drink.
