Has anyone dealt with burning and pain on the anus, perineum and penis from CPPS? Currently doing stretches everyday and it relies the pain immediately but I'm not sure of how it will work long term

I went to the doctor and did UTI and STD tests and all came back negative. Referred me to a Urologist, went there 1 months later and the pain had magically stopped. He told me it is stress related and sent me home, 4 months later it has come back again.
