I had rice made in bone broth i made from my leg quarters, that shredded chicken, and some spinach. one of the best things i have ever eaten its a bitch to shred everything and make, but its soo damn good, and its about as healthy as it gets

I made 10 pounds and shredded it and just asked chatgpt the calories of the shredded meat, same with bone broth with all the fat removed and just assume theres a bit more fat. The macros though on that bone broth are nuts and makes you feel like a God took about 2 hours in my instantpot the meat is just thigh and drummies, its a fuckton of extra effort so i get it
