So I have had huge (length-wise) feet for a very long but I never really took any extra measures to take care of them, as I've worn shoes sometimes 2 sizes too small for them and now my 2 small toes on both feet are leaning inwards, particularly the smallest, which looks like they're almost sideways. My big toes are also leaning inwards and are beginning to look crooked.

Can I still straighten my feet (I'm 20) by wearing the correct shoe sizes? Do I need to go to a doctor? Are there any /fit/-approved remedies?
