First thing first, get ID. You will need that for most things when you interact with government facilities. It will cost you next to nothing and will be a baseline for a butt load of things. Next, since you have no job, get a daily routine. Remember, that getting fit and a good life is not a sprint its a marathon. Set a goal of loosing 5-10 pounds a month that will be at least 60 in a year. Be consistent. No cheat days. You're taking walks already. Thats good. Go for 10k a day. You dont have a job, so you have time to walk. Its the best you can do. It diesnt require rest days. Its low stess on your ankles. You can do it for hours on end. Just walk. It will work. Have hope.

Actually apples are the only healthy thing you eat. I recommend upping it to 2 apples before each meal.
I am the bowl spinach guy. So add 2 bowls of spinach before each lunch and dinner. Thats 25 calories that will replace your 300c nuggets.
If you follow my advice. You will be down 500 calories for each meal. 3000 calories a day to 2000 calories.
