I'm a pretty flexible guy naturally but it took me a good 3 months, to be fair I wasn't super consistent and legs day got in the way of stretching a lot. Hurt like fuck when my legs were already sore.

I do quite a few arm wrestling exercises even though I don't arm wrestle but the exercises I do just turned out to be great for hypetrophy. They were also the only exercises that finally gave me bulging biceps veins.
