I am what you call a self inflicted dysgenic freak. I have no confidence to say I'd be a chad but I am a freak now. Bit hunched over, no strength, bit of a belly, slightly balding and a bad case of skin condition caused by my weight. When I was 18 I was much more confident and if it hadnt been for covid I'd probably have done a lot more with my life.

I go out in the world and am pretty certain I can live amongst normies with practice, I just choose to stay inside and be away from everyone purely out of agoraphobia and the overwhelming stress of it.

Last year I went and did a few months of weight lifting using my own equipment I bought. For some reason I couldnt do more than 5kg lateral raises after 3 bastard months. That was enough for me to convince myself I wasnt getting stronger so I stopped. Couldnt bench more than 50kg for a few sets so I quit. No fun when youre a loser

Lateral raises are best done with a light weight. It doesn’t matter what the weight is, the movement is what matters with that above all else

Just go for walks and stay active. Take up a sport, keep your diet relatively good and enjoy life for what it is
