Fiber is bullshit. It is literally indigestible you may as well eat fucking wood or rocks. I stopped eating fiber two years ago and I never felt better. My gut health has never been better.

idk wtf is wrong with people no matter how delicious it is (it's mid) it isn't worth feeling like death

if you want good gut health then eat a lot of fibre and probiotics as well as staying hydrated
those are really the main things but secondary to that is avoiding fried foods, processed foods, excessively sweet or salty foods, and caffeine
tertiary to that is just general micro and macro stuff like don't eat crazy amounts of protein and remember to eat fruit and vegetables
green tea helps my stomach a lot but sometimes it can make me a little gassy until i shit and get out whatever was upsetting it
