>>77059509youre gonna embarrass yourself the first bunch of times just trying to be social. you will say silly shit or whatever the case may be. so id say get comfortable with that fact first. do you talk with the people at work? like for example i talk with the older woman at my work everyday that does the cleaning, replaces coffee dispensary stuff, works the shop,etc. and that helped me with some social gains. also just trying to talk to anyone at your work would help too and dont complain. helps keeping the facade up everything is fine and they associate that with you.
