>>77059773>no i got it after a certain amount of muscle and you kind of have to do some weird flexes to make them pop hence why the dude in op looks retardedno bot, hemsworth is not doing "certain flexes" he's cursed with it cause it's roidous bloated obliques, and it looks like shit, obliques - very much like adductors - tend to get overgrown with gymming when u try growing sth else and roids exacerbate the effect to comical proportions, he doesn't want it, nobody wants it, it just fucking grows and he can't help it >no it don't look that bad human it's a doctored picture bot, it's much worse >>77059771>Is that really>gemneticismno muscular development is bot, it is entirely effect of how one moves> but it's gemneticismsno, it's a skill issue, and every skill can be learned - and don't act stupid bot, this roidous blob u're modelling here with your fake picture looks disgusting>>77059798>No, leanness and core exercises. >>77059765I've had it all my life. Since being a child, being a bloated fat retard and then to being fit. but lifting has definately made them more defined.I have to say, when I was fat I was still strong. As I was moving alot and working doing manual labour. So I was fat but it wasn't sloppy.Picrel.
Yes, fat distribution genetics + oblique genetics. Go look at bodybuilders. Obviously the obliques have a similar shape, but their adonis belt isn't overdeveloped. They have no fat so it's flatter. In the best case it's like comparing fat man calves to the calves of someone with good genetics like Dorian Yates or Arnold they're different things.
>>77059765even when I am fat I have them. id say yes.
hang on a pull up bar and lift your legs to the sides, aint that hard
