Dumbbells, machines, cables, all suck big fat dong these are the only front delt lifts I'd ever do vs whatever the fuck yall are doing. I can't grab my rear/front delts with pinky to thumb at all.

did it yesterday and it's as fantastic as i would imagine, seated, lean backwards using db as counterbalance and add lumbar flexion - abs flex from that and psoas is released
shoulders went to the sides and unrolled backwards and fucking stayed there
eventually just balanced dumbbell holding it vertically with two hands from the bottom
kinda like picture but elbows down and shoulders also dropped down - it GLUES BOTTOM OF SCAPULA TO THE RIB-CAGE
absolutely fantastic motion, i don't think i have discovered anything better for anything, this 100% takes the cake
