You're probably fine. Sounds like PVCs, which can be caused by electrolyte imbalances and exacerbated by anxiety, so you end up provoking a series of them. They're benign/transient.

A cardiac nurse was impressed I can tell whether my ectopic beats originate from the atria or the ventricle. Your description sounds ventricular.

As >>77060094 said PVC's are pretty chill the hardest part is learning to ignore them.

It's only when the beats start to become irregular - i.e., your pulse seems to fluctuate (80 bpm to 120 for a few beats, then back to 80 bpm when doing nothing)- that you may need to be concerned about either Atrial Flutter or Atrial Fibrillation.

If its VFIB you'd already be dead by now or at least wouldn't be sitting there posting on /fit/

Just get some rest, drink some electrolytes and lie down and chill out.
