>>77060391Get a minimal shoe with a hard, flat sole, same shoe is good for squats. Make sure rope is right length, many vids on this topic. Use a weighted rope so you can feel it. It is hard to do in beginning. Very hard if you are heavy but stay with it. HIIT on rope, plus weights gave me 600 natural T and I am in my 50s, never was high T before as far as I know.
