three weeks in of eating the same food every day I have perfected my sloppa. Instead of just cooking my veggies and meat in the airfryer I now>cook carrots and puree them with some water using an immersion blender>brown the chicken and caramelize some onions in the butter I was using as dressing before >use the carrots as a sauce for beans and chicken takes a bit of time to cook but I can do it twice a week instead of daily. Takes any seasonings beautifully, the carrots have a nice natural sweetness, works great if you make it a little spicy. Almost too tasty but since I just portion it immediately after cooking I have no trouble with overeating

Not really sure why I bought a fitness tracker thought it could be fun to have more data about myself but I'm not really sure what I can do with that data considering its all pretty inaccurate, so its not very helpful and its not like "steps" helps me get my NEAT calories burned. might work for a sleep tracker but I can tell if I didnt sleep well by how I feel the next morning

Even when I eat low calories I tend to stall on weight loss and I suspect my metabolism has dropped, possibly with age.
