Sure man, I just had a pair of dumbbells that went up to 30lb each so my workouts were very limited. It's been years my routine probably looked something like this, everything in the 3x10 range

Is there hope? 30yo 173cm manlet around 70kg. Have went to a gym a couple of times in my life only to never go back. I occasionally do push ups (currently 24 max) and goblet squats and curls with a 8kg dumbbell, but can't get into any any sort of routine. I also roon in the summer maybe once or twice a week. I eat "okay", never could be arsed to count calories but I do cook my own food and eat junk food once a week or so.

There's definitely hope. If you start tracking your calories, even without lifting, you can improve your physique greatly. If you throw in some lightweight lifting and cardio, you'll really start to shine. You're not even obese or what would be considered unsavable by some people here, You just have some weight to lose.

If you want to improve your physique, you can stand to lose a couple pounds and pack on some muscle, but otherwise, just keep working out.

Honestly I’m so lost. I just go to the gym and do some semblance of a PPL and eat randomly through the day. I’ve also gained weight like 5kg recently. I know there’s a good body underneath this all but I need to start putting in more effort.

start tracking calories and stick to some semblance of a healthy diet (whole grains, lean meats, fish, leafy greens etc, the easy stuff).
if you're having trouble sticking to a regimen, start small - 20 pushups first thing in the morning, right before a tall glass of water. once you're into it, do two sets of 20 with a minute rest in between, and so on. the key is to get into the habit of experiencing physical exertion and getting accustomed to pushing yourself when getting sore.
if you don't want to go to the gym, get a set of kettlebells, 12kg to start maybe and just do minotaur complex or something, a simple routine that's easy to do and that will get you sweating and get your heartrate up. there's always hope.
also cut your hair, it's clearly dead and is making you look like a failed rapist.

Its almost impossible to cut any more weight, my BMR has dropped so dramatically that I am practically maintaining on 1500kcal

Even with a refeed "month" (got lazy in Dec and gained a few lbs over the holidays) my body seems to have adapted to low caloric intake

Mostly 8" aluminum and carbon steel pans. Toss 100 orders of something in a night and your forearm will be fried. Dough work and moving flour bags, ice baths, wood pellets etc is a pretty good workout too.
This fucker is the worst though, the suctions cups don't do shit. I can't imagine doing more than 2 cases a day with it.
