I have never been able to get a machine to work very well besides the multi-hip. Should be able to start sprinting more soon as well. Testing out cinnamon for blood sugar as well. I hate how someone will make a "crazy claim" about an exercise for x that's pretty easily tested. Instead of just trying out the exercise, people start looking around for studies. Did some inline skating today instead of regular cardio. My cardio is getting a little better I have to skate harder to stay in zone 2 now. Would recommend, really easy on the joints and fun to do. Going to max out on single leg leg extensions to see where I am at on Monday.

The good news is my test results came back good. The bad news is league fucked. I have more clarity on why I don't like the leg extension. Its hard to tell where to start and stop the lift. Mostly stopping at the top. I don't like having to think about where the midpoint of the lift is, and it leaves too much room for ambiguity and fucking around. Many of the machines are kind of like this. Its not as noticeable with both legs though. Going to fuck around with single leg leg extensions and work my way up to sets of 20 for both legs and see how my squat feels. I suspect it will not do too much because squatting is also like 60% low back. 45 degree back extension deadlift (and variations) are by far the best accessory for general powerlifting. 40-60% of your deadlift max and you are good to go. No straps of course. Knee felt pretty good. I need to hit a couple more angles and do some depth drops and I think it will be pretty much good to go. It only really hurts after doing very specific angle when squatting, about 60% of the way up which is a weird angle. Out of the hole, comfortable to grind in range. >>77104607Good stuff
