how do i snooze max?
>>
This was literally me until I started eating more carbs
>>
I can't stop snoozing after work at 5pm when I get home.
>>
glycine 3g with water before bed
>>
>>77095979
That's my life goal. I wanna just hybernate like a bear in the winter. In the summer I'm usually very active though.

Just remember, if you wake up, that means you have mild sleep apnea, UARS, or you have some form of congestion.

>Warm filter on computer if you are of weak resolve
>No computer an hour before bed if strong resolve

whats a good vendor ? I read some schizos post and I only wanna buy from lab tested
>>
magnesium, any form but oxide.
>>

The following things improved my sleep the most, starting with the most significant
>do not consume any caffeine
>before bed, do progressive muscle relaxation for 15 minutes
>do not eat for 3 hours before bed (unless after a workout, then a small snack it okay, to stop you from being hungry)
>30 minutes before bed, drink around 200 ml of calming tea, like chamomile
>do not consume content/news that makes angry/emotional before bed
>wear blue blocking glasses for 1 hour before bed

If I could only recommend two things, it would be not consuming caffeine and doing progressive muscle relaxation.

>do not consume any caffeine
You have a 7 hour window to stop before bed, due the half life.
What I would recommend is to delay caffeine until at the least 1 hour of rising, to avoid using it as a habitual wake up drug.

>before bed, do progressive muscle relaxation for 15 minutes
Look,
you won't post the exercises. And even then they are going to be pretty bad compared to doing a daily set for the rhomboid and all the muscles inside that.
>do not eat for 3 hours before bed
*5 hours for OMAD. 3 hours are if you eat 4 meals a day.
>do not consume content/news that makes angry/emotional before bed
This do no affect you if you are older than 13-14. If it does, then your parents/community failed in your upbringing, since amping down before bed is one of the core skills you should have gotten from your upbringing.
>wear blue blocking glasses for 1 hour before bed
The bigger question are if all your living room lights has harsh blue spikes or not. If its still halogen or CFL, they won't have.
But yes, underrated but it also doesn't do anything.

My experience is that taking 1/5 or 1/4 unit of melatonin 2 hours before bed is going to beat that, significantly.
But it won't fix you, if there is anything actually wrong with you.

After starting to run ~1 hour per day I haven't had a problem sleeping, pretty much instantaneously. When I'm forced to stop I have problems again. I went from wanting ~7 hours to regularly getting 8.5-9 hours now, and even napping after longer runs. Feels good not gonna lie.

Thats just depression
>>
>>77095979
On some weeks I spend like 10 hours sleeping every day in a row. Sometimes your body just asks for it, at least mine does. Usually sleep like 7 hours

Adding a sleep mask on top of the blackout curtains helped even though the mask is low-grade annoying

I fucking love sleeping so much bros. The absolute worst thing about being employed is when you gotta get out of bed every day, early as well. Alarm clocks are torture devices
>>

This is literally me except for the job part
>>
My sleep has been so fucking bad this week. Have the flu, nose stuffy as fuck. Cold sweats every night. Kill me.

Present as generic versions at about all apothecaries within driving distances.

Works for me, but my issue was getting 100% congested every time my heart rate and blood pressure dropped to resting into sleeping.

Cold, quiet, pitch black bedroom. Cavemaxxing. No caffeine within 8 hours of bed. Get up early and do lots of physical activity during the day so you're tired by sunset. Take a dose of magnesium and drink pic rel with an extra bag of chamomile while reading nonfiction until you are tired enough to sleep. HGH if you're into that.

>insulin is a natural hormone
>i should just inject it, nothing bad will happen because its natural

>>77104264
As seen with Diabetes 1 patients, it can be used to artificially spike it the wrong way.
Are you... surprised?

Seeing this is a reply chain
Either you think the opening argument wrote 4mg and 5mg. Where 2mg is seen as longterm damaging, as over half a year you slowly get resistant to such amounts.
But the opener wrote 1/4 and 1/5, which is read as ,25 and ,2.

That do beg the question
Dick Shrinking? How? Why?
>>
>>77104392
Sigh. The point was just because something is a natural hormone doesn't mean it would have no negative effects.
