After starting to run ~1 hour per day I haven't had a problem sleeping, pretty much instantaneously. When I'm forced to stop I have problems again. I went from wanting ~7 hours to regularly getting 8.5-9 hours now, and even napping after longer runs. Feels good not gonna lie.

Adding a sleep mask on top of the blackout curtains helped even though the mask is low-grade annoying
