Piggybacking on OPs post because im in the same situation. 212 lbs (november 2024), diagnosed with fatty liver, got scared and started losing weight. Current weight: 176lbsWorking out 4x a week, 30 min cardio 5x a week. Did one 36h fast weeklyBloodwork came back pristine for lipids and metabolism and liver markers back down to normal. Only thing in the red was my fucking test @ 149. 38 year old btw. Im guessing the 36h weekly fasts tanked my test. Should i get on trt boys? Ive stopped fasting and been eating maintenance for 2 weeks now to see if my test will bounce back..

>>77100123If you're lifting 4x/week, not horribly obese, sleep 8 hours a day (don't fucking lie nigger), run 15 miles a week minimum, and STILL have a test level of under 400, then absolutely go on TRT with HCG (unless you don't care about kids). There is nothing that will fix it.

I was in an accident, and my test dropped from 550 to 250. The first month I felt god tier and got my test up to like 780. It was the best I felt in my life mentally in terms of confidence and what not just feeling like a "man". You have to watch out because it can also raise your E2 levels. the second month my E was up like 25% from the month before but my test was also up to 950. i felt better the first month with 750 test and lower e than i did with higher test and higher e. Ive still been taking it but never felt as good as that first month. I think its something that is definitely better to do a cycle of but not continuously taking it like TRT.

OP, just get on TRT and try it for 6 months. You will easily recover after such a short duration (and low dose, which TRT is). 99% certainty you will NEVER want to get off it because you will feel whole and complete while on it. Your gains will also basically get a 50% boost while on it.
