So do both, also neutral pullups, also invest in gymnastic rings and do all three of these variation in one pullup, changing position of your wrists from the bottom to top, which is the most natural trajectory of pullups your body can do. If you only stick to one variation of pullup on a pullup bar then you will inevitably injure yourself like a frog retard you are

what do you mean "from a different angle"? it trains the same muscles, but the emphasis is different. chin ups have way more biceps involvement, so you really don't need them if you're already doing isolated biceps work

that's what I meant. Different grips change joint angles, force curves, and motor recruitment patterns.

isolating biceps is not the same as working biceps through complex exercises, curling dumbbells for biceps and doing chinups both work biceps, but are different kinetic chain exercises. While chinups will have a huge impact on your curls, curls can only be treated as a supplementary exercise for chin ups
