My hair on the sides has been recessed since I was a teenager, can’t tell if it’s recessed anymore though - was wondering if possible to regrow hair in the front or sides

Fin stopped the hairloss after the shedding phase and minox started thickening back up where the hairloss was happening. it takes a while because you need to let the hair follicle grow to the same size as the other hair follices which is why people say it isn't working.
