There's no reason not to eat a wide variety of lean meats. Pork, chicken, lean beef, turkey, tuna, salmon. It's all good and delicious and good for you. I had chicken burgers for dinner tonight and tomorrow I'll have tuna and the day after I might have meatballs.

Beef is better than pork most of the time and will not got bad in the fridge as quickly and what not. But it just happens that they have 3x the price of beef here in the last two years because they want to say fuck you, meanwhile pork price has stayed pretty much the same. Chicken price too after initial bump some time ago. Gladly eggs, cheese and salmon too.It's just they want to completely destroy beef production here and then move on to importing it from another side of the world. They must have made some studies where beef makes you healthier or something so common people should not eat it.

>>77102391Well I guess it depends on where you live but one factor is that beef obviously has more of global demand vs pork.I live in north europe and the whole system has just decided that they think it's ok or preferable for the local beef farms to shut down + the ones that don't shut down are guided to sell the beef to whatever countries globally. Or if not the farmers themselves, the middle men.First they triple the price for lulz just to say fuck you for the local people forced to shop here.Then the next step is to fuck with the farmers more so the shops can claim "there's just not enough beef so we have to ship most of it from new zealand or argentina" which are the furthest possible countries form here. After that they can freely charge 50€/kg for ground beef and make nice profits.Very nice capitalism especially during the times where they claim it's time to pump up locality so we can't be fucked by russia or china in times of crisis/war. It doesn't seem to matter all the sudden. Or maybe their plan says that normies can just eat peas and carrots and not get ill.
