How do you make yourself comfortable with hungriness when cutting? My deal is when i'm hungry i often cannot fall asleep and that is torture

I had the same problem, then I re-caluclated and it turns out I am eating 1400 calories per day and 50 g of protein at 6'1 and 190. Ofc I was starving and feeling like shit.
