Fitness influencer talking about 315lbs being an "average" lift, turns out he is a self-professed "starting strength coach" who transformed himself into a literal T-rex. Sub 300lbs bench. This is a friendly reminder to newbie /fit/izens, SS is for beginners only and you should never run it for more than 90 days before transitioning to a better program.
He looks extremely DYEL lol
>>77102091Any pics of his fizeek? Probably not if he's an SS fatty
These people are so full of shit, in a commercial gym you'll prob see a handful of 315 benches in your entire lifetime. And yeah SS is trash, use it for a few months and switch to something that doesn't turn you into a t-rex low bar fat sitter.
>>77102515>you'll prob see a handful of 315 benches in your entire lifetimeI see it every week cuz i bench it for reps kek
Does Heggy actually do 315?
>>77102613https://youtu.be/WW_FEKX-2wMIt's weird that he was able to achieve such an impressive weight, but was struggling to do proper push up and pull up reps during his 100 push up + 50 pull up challenge.
>>77102059>Downplaying someone's PR which mogs youReally pathetic behavior tbqh.
