These products are geared towards GLP-1-ers. You cant eat SHIT on GLP-1s, so what you do eat has to be packed with protein or you will lose your muscle. Heard a good rule the other day too. Take the protein content, multiply it by 10. If that number is more than the calorie count, its a good source of protein. If that number is less than the calorie count of whatever youre eating, its not a godd source of protein...these chips are bad in other words...
