Once a week i like to get shitfaced and then gym/eat good the rest of the time. Alot of drinkers don't take care of themselves but I prep myself to get drunk (supplements, electrolytes, food, etc) and do the same for recovery. I got bloodwork recently and they said my liver is in excellent shape when it came up. So im not worried about it. Im 36 btw

I wake up and do cardio in the morning, eat breakfast, go to the gym to lift, do more cardio after that, eat lunch, then relax with beer or wine or whiskey or cocktails or whatever. I get a little buzz and take an afternoon nap. Then I wake up from my nap feeling refreshed and finish my day sober doing the rest of the shit that needs to be done. I go to bed sober and sleep well.I find that drinking during the day is best. You plan it around a little siesta and it doesn't interfere with your productivity or sleep too much.
