I’m looking to develop more volume and sweep in the quads/glutes similar to this photo. In your experience, is this level of lower-body development generally attainable for a natural lifter with a standard caloric surplus and heavy compound movements, or does this look like it's primarily driven by specific bone structure and fat distribution genetics?
