Eating Kimchi may actually save your gains by destroying microplastics that suppress testosterone production and other bodily functions. Major whitepill for natty lifters.
>>
>>77102796
>microplastics

I am getting more repilled everyday. Is there a pill I can take that does the same thing?
>>
>>77102796
No it doesn't, actually.
>>
>>77102796
Then I shall get KBBQ next weekend
>>
Fermented food is good for you in general.
>>
I'd go get some but they sell it in a plastic bag at the grocery store
>>
>>77102796
Holy shit I think I can order Lactacus planterium at walmart with my EBT card. Gunna see if I can't get that and some protein.

Gains bros, WAGMI.

>destroying microplastics that suppress testosterone production
You ever seen a korean man?
>>
>>77102831
yes, all kimchi has probiotics.

>>77102851
ever been to korea? its still a very heavily masculine culture there. kpop isnt korea just like how 4chan isnt real life. get off the internet and live a life

Should I bury clay pots in my yard like Koreans do?

if it doesn't pass the blood brain barrier it doesn't matter.
the amount of plastic you eat daily is way more than the amount of kimchi you eat.

Every bullshit thing uses "may" because they can't scientifically verify it.

you mean...natty KEKLORDS? lmfao. Eating a Visa debit card right now just to spite you small weaklings. stay virgin, natty cuck

Charcuterie bros won again.

You're telling me plastics that take a thousand years to decompose in nature are destroyed by....kimchi?
>>

That's not what it says at all.
>>

that's what OP said

Budget charcuterie bros we lost again.
>>
>>77103247
Pickled/fermented foods sometimes have small amounts of fungus that are carcinogenic. The saltiness of the food thins out the mucous in your stomach, making it more likely to for you to get cancer.

>>77103216
Better to live a short life as a chad than a long life as a beta bitch.

Retards on /fit/ will do absolutely anything to avoid eating a vegetable, lmao.
>>77103248
The L. Plantarum reproduces, that's why it's a live probiotic. It can't be "used up" so easily. Also, just buy the stuff in glass jars.
>>77103216
>>77103254
The chance of stomach cancer is minuscule. The increased chance of stomach cancer from eating kimchi regularly is not even measurable. It's 1.5% of all cancer cases in the US.

My bad. I forgot that the US had the highest per capita consumption of Kimchi, the food this thread is about.
>>
>>77103278
>what is correlation
The actual cause is high salt intake of their entire diet, not specifically kimchi, and a high prevalence of H. pylori, which is linked to EIGHTY NINE PERCENT of all gastric cancers. Before you go to AI to do your thinking for you, H. pylori has nothing to do with kimchi. It's spread person to person (saliva, poop), so Koreans simply spread it to each other. That is the primary cause of stomach cancer in Korea.
>>
>>77102796
Koreans have the highest rate of stomach cancer in the world. Would you rather have cancer or microplastics?

>>
>>77103216
if you eat korean chives it has a chemical which negates the effect of the high sodium kimchi and reduces stomach cancer risk caused by kimchi, but assuming you aren't eating a full korean diet, the risk of cancer from kimchi is negligible anyway.
>>
>>77102796
L. plantarum is found in milk and fermented milk products. I'm white; why would I consume gookcabbage?
>>
>>77102796
Is it only kimchi or does it work with sauerkraut or coleslaw too?
>>
>>77102808
It's not good, it's just much less bad because much of the innate toxicity of the plant is deactivated in the fermentation process. But this doesn't magically put animal-form nutrients into the food. Fermentation is just how we make plants edible and so they won't kill us early, people who think they are some sort of health panacea are retarded and know nothing about nutrition. Your gut produces saturated fats from fibre anyway, you're just going through a really unpleasant and gassy process to produce the exact same fuel substrates you get from meat in an extremely efficient digestive process.

in before "ketoschizo" etc.
>>
>>77103882
You would not.
White people eat sauerkraut

And you confirmed these abnormal hormone levels with blood tests?
Your hormones are fine, find something else to blame your shitty life on.
Start with the loser in the mirror.
I'm in my 50s and have been exposed to plastics in fucking everything for decades longer than you've been alive and none of "uncs and boomers" have all these faggot bitch problems you zoomer losers have.
>>
>>77104369
You had far less microplastics during your adolescence unc, your hormones at puberty weren't disturbed by microplastics in your balls
>>
>>77104614
You're just making up stupid shit to shoehorn reality into your le plastics meme. There was far more plastic back then because the environmentalists hadnt gotten around to reducing its its use until more recently. Plus plastic back then was probably not as safe as the kind today.
You're a bitch because you spent your life since age 8 sitting in a dark room 16 hours a day playing video games, watching cartoons and jacking off to weird porn, not because your slim jim comes in a plastic wrapper.
Fucking losers
>>
>>77104369
there is a study that microplastics in people increased by 50% from 2016 to 2024
>>
>>77104345
Balding is common in men, retard. 25% are balding by 30. There isn't some esoteric answer here. It's common as fuck GG
>>
>>77104753
Two data points prove nothing. What was in like on the 80s or 90s?
And if every zoomer is so fucked up from microplastics how come the only people with these shitty life problems happen to be frail incels with severe personality disorders?
>>
>>77102796
>ai slop
>>
>>77104778
Its documented over 8 years which is more relevant to what 80s where no zoomer was born yet happened...

And to your second question the answer is quite obvious - shutin lifestyle makes it worse. If you exercise and touch grass you can keep your body in better shape regardless whether you get poisoned or not by chemicals.
>>
>>77104789
superior to human slop
>>
>>77104796
cope.
Your hormones are fine.
But its easier to blame le plastics than the loser in the mirror. If you think you hormones are fucked up go to a doctor and get blood tests.
But then you will see nothing's wrong with you and you're just a bitch.
>>
>>77104840
who said i have issue? you are coping here that microplastics arent a problem by bitching about everyone like a boomer.

The main problem is also its in your brain, shits suspected to make the population universally more retarded.
>>
>>77102796
Does it also work with non-hipster cabbage?
>>
>>77104845
> shits suspected to make the population universally more retarded.
That must explain why we stopped making new discoveries, new technology etc since plastic was invented 100 years ago
>>
>>77102796
99% of korean households ferment kimchi in plastic containers, so this effect probably doesn't even compensate for the micro plastics in the kimchi itself, let alone all the other sources in our modern life. Still an interesting find though. Maybe at some point we can take an anti micro plastic lactobacillus shot. Like a yakult, but then Korean, and it eliminates micro plastics.
>>
>>77102805
If you go to a Korean restaurant then 99% of your food will be coming from (and often heated in) plastic containers, so the amount of micro plastics you will be consuming will FAR outweight the amount that the kimchi can ever get rid off.
>>
>>77104905
iq decrease has been literally confirmed.
Not to mention that on 100y scale leaded gas is also included.
Why are you this retarded?

because again, the only people who have these problems seem to be incels with personality disorders who spent their entire childhoods and teens hunched over a screen jacking off to weird cartoons for hours on end.

Lactobacillus plantarum is in kimchi and more importantly, in higher doses, in Sauerkraut. One big caveat: pasteurization kills it.

I make my own kimchi.
Does anyone have experinece with keeping it for a long time? I have one batch of kohlrabi kimchi in my fridge for like 10 months already. I kinda forgot about it but now I am like scared to eat it. Not because of the taste or smell but because it probably could kill me. My colleague is fat and eats everything, should I give her a sample and wait for a couple a days if she develops some kind of food poisoning?
>>
Not saying kimchi ain't good for you but you can get AI summary to say the same thing for about a dozen other foods

Sauerkraut is kimchi except really shitty. Oh boy, cabbage and vinegar and nothing else. Kimchi you can make with almost any vegetable, not just cabbage. It's better than sauerkraut from a taste perspective in every single way.
