Realistically, how much can I achieve at home with a pull up bar and 2 8kg kettlebells?
>>77103578dependsif you're a complete beginner it's good enough for a few monthsbut you're gonna outgrow the kettlebells pretty quicklynot that it matters much as you're gonna do bodyweight stuff mostly anyway>pull up barif you're a beginner, get some bands as well and a yoga mat / exercise mat for ground exerciseswith that you can easily get by for at least half a year without anything elsethen you can slowly upgrade, heavier kettlebells or dumbbells (make sure they are with weight plates so you can reuse them), get a belt for weighted pull ups, and later barbellsif you're already somewhat /fit/and not interested in more advanced calisthenics stuff, you're gonna be bored after 1-2months max
