Did kickboxing back then and it was important to be in the light division, so I was permacutting.But when I started doing tris and stopped caring about weight so much, I slowly gained 10 kgs (while still being very active) and was shocked to realise my body looks much better with a higher weight. Pic related is peak shape at 75 kgs, 3 years ago. In the meantime I gained some fat and lost some muscle, excessive cardio without enough weight training can do that.

Am I guaranteed at least twunkness after 10-12 weeks of cutting? Historically I am extremely disciplined and thorough so lose weight rapidly whilst maintaining lifts but always as 4-5 week mini cuts cause never had enough muscle to make being properly lean worth it. Not huge, not elite, but enough for twunk?
